Dimension Extraction Reads panel label callouts and cross-references against die path geometry. Computes finished W × H × Gusset from lay-flat for pouches and height × width for labels.
Seal & Safe Zone Validation Confirms live art doesn't encroach on zipper strips, top seals, gusset folds, or dieline margins, per profile, to 0.001".
Format-Aware Checks A stand-up pouch has different rules than a roll-fed label. Profiles encode the actual production requirements, not averaged guesses.
